Leaders in Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Trainer to support nursing homes across Scotland, focusing on delivering high-quality clinical training and education.

About the Role

This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000, depending on experience, plus a car allowance and free on-site parking. As a Clinical Nurse Trainer, you will collaborate with Home Managers and Clinical Leads to develop clinical education programmes and travel to various nursing homes for face-to-face training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver clinical education programmes in collaboration with Home Managers and Clinical Leads.
  • Provide training on mandatory skills such as Basic Life Support and Venepuncture.
  • Travel to various nursing homes, occasionally requiring overnight stays.

Benefits Include:

  • Annual salary of up to £55,000, depending on experience.
  • Car allowance.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Full-time, permanent position with an 8-hour shift schedule from Monday to Friday.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in roles such as Nurse Educator, Clinical Trainer, Nursing Instructor, Clinical Education Specialist, or Healthcare Trainer.
