Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our finance team as Chief Financial Officer. You will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the finance function, overseeing financial planning, and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  2. Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including external auditors and senior management.
  3. Providing timely and accurate financial reporting to inform business decisions.
  4. Mentoring and developing a high-performing finance team.
  5. Evaluating and improving internal financial controls and processes.
Key Requirements

To excel as Chief Financial Officer, you should have:

  • A CIMA / ACCA PQ qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Outstanding leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and motivating teams.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000, based on your experience and qualifications. You will also receive a competitive benefits package, including pension contributions and health insurance.
