About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Delivery Driver. As the face of Tesco on the road, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their shopping in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer shopping trips in a safe and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns
  • Ensure that the van and trays are clean and organized at all times
  • Load and unload merchandise from the van in a safe and efficient manner
  • Operate a manual or automatic transmission van in a safe and efficient manner
Requirements
  • A valid UK/EU/EEA driving license with no more than 3 penalty points
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
