Exyte Central Europe GmbH is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Construction team, you will be responsible for advising on health and safety matters, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain EHS management systems and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Supervise the observance of safe practices and local regulations.
  • Advise management on EHS matters and develop strategies to promote safe conduct.
  • Organize EHS programs and activities to promote safe work practices.
  • Report and liaise with management and relevant authorities on accident occurrences.
  • Conduct daily inspections and address unsafe acts and conditions.
  • Train and monitor workers on safe work practices.
  • Maintain and monitor EHS records and checklists.
  • Ensure the delivery of the Project EHS Induction and the use of the latest Exyte EHS documents.
  • Set an example for supervisors, employees, and contractors to follow.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree and Master's degree with 10+ years' experience in EHS on major construction projects and operational/manufacturing sites in the semi-conductor and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Key experience in Impact Prevention Management Systems, Safety Management Systems, Design Safety Risk assessment, and Environmental Programs, as well as Team/Group Leadership.
