Drive Retail Operations Excellence

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects, streamline processes, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our retail initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire lifecycle of projects, from briefing and execution to delivery and evaluation.
  • Remain informed of all change and project activity across the business to ensure control and protect against conflicting interests or double handling.
  • Track project management plans and manage and solve problems, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure project stakeholders do not deviate from scope and budget guidelines, keeping teams focused on agreed deliverables.
  • Manage the integration of project outputs into business-as-usual with all stakeholders, ensuring new processes are solidified into the BAU Go to Market process.

Requirements

Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional projects and streamlining processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to remain informed of all change and project activity across the business.

Ability to track project management plans and manage and solve problems, risks, and issues.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
