We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Retail Operations team at Blue Square. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, streamlining processes, and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our retail initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project scope, goals, and deliverables are aligned.
  • Manage project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on retail operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
