We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Operations Project Manager to join our team at Blue Square, an award-winning retail marketing agency. As a key member of our team, you will lead cross-functional projects, streamline processes, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our retail initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management plans and manage and solve problems, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure project stakeholders do not deviate from scope and budget guidelines, keeping teams focused on agreed deliverables.
  • Manage the integration of project outputs into business-as-usual with all stakeholders, ensuring new processes are solidified into the BAU Go to Market process.
  • Develop and forecast project timelines and budgets for all business proposals.
Requirements:
  • Excellent project management skills with experience of delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • Flexible, highly organised, action oriented, resilient, and forward thinking.
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to demonstrate aptitude for proactive problem-solving.
What We Offer:
