Project Manager - Retail Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Retail Operations team at Blue Square. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, streamlining processes, and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our retail initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project scope statements.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a retail or operations environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
