About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pension Development Specialist to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for improving the colleague experience by developing talent at all levels to maximize our potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance colleague skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team managers to ensure clear succession planning and skills matrices are in place.
  • Analyze performance and quality data to drive training and performance priorities.
  • Design and deliver training sessions on industry changes and projects.
  • Provide mentor support to managers and junior colleagues.
  • Support performance feedback conversations and gather 360 feedback on colleague performance.
  • Work with team managers to ensure completion of skills matrices and plans are in place to expand knowledge.
  • Provide regular feedback and reporting to local management teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in pensions is preferred but not essential.
  • A background in coaching, mentoring, and colleague development would be highly beneficial.
  • Proven record of problem-solving and a strong focus on solutions and delivery.
  • Highly organized and able to demonstrate keen attention to record keeping.
  • Proven examples of successfully implementing change solutions with results.
  • Experience of performance management using data analytics.
