About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team and drive business transformation across various divisions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring key business goals are understood and requirements are documented.

Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with design, development, and test colleagues to deliver high-quality business solutions that meet the needs of the business. This includes participating in and leading business and scrum/project meetings, as well as collaborating with other business analysts to develop the change strategy.

Your expertise will be crucial in supporting projects through the development and testing lifecycle, including implementation. You will also be responsible for leading other business analysts and contributing to the overall success of our transformation initiatives.

  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead, negotiate, and influence to drive necessary changes
  • Experience working on medium to large-scale assignments
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of business analysis tools and techniques
