We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Care Navigator/Receptionist to join our team at Park Medical Practice. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the most relevant services
  • Manage patient appointments and bookings
  • Process prescription requests and handle general enquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients and staff

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
