Job Title: Care Navigator/Receptionist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Navigator/Receptionist to join our team at Park Medical Practice. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate clinician or service
* Greet and direct patients, visitors, and staff
* Register new patients and temporary visitors
* Process prescriptions, reports, and patient information
* Prepare consulting rooms prior to surgery and tidy rooms after surgery
* Chaperone doctors and nurses as requested
* Assist with clinics and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using computer systems, including System One
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
