The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Service Assistant to join our team at Langshott Manor Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the restaurant for service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Meet and greet guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Take guest orders and serve food and beverage, including alcoholic beverages, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complete satisfaction checks to ensure our guests are satisfied with their experience.
  • Resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Present bills to guests and take payment, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Reset the restaurant at the end of the shift, ready for the next service.
  • Ensure the work area is clean and tidy before departing.

Requirements

  • Smart appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Experience within a quality food service hotel or restaurant is required.
