Compassionate Caregiver Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced care assistant to support a young woman in the Blyth area.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be physically able to manage a wheelchair, and have experience supporting individuals at home and in the community.
A car driver with business use insurance is essential, and willingness to learn sign language is an advantage.
As a care assistant, you will work closely with the young woman to build her confidence, promote independence, and engage in meaningful social and leisure activities.
You will also provide emotional support and companionship, facilitating a positive and inclusive environment.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.09 per hour, accrued holiday pay, and opportunities for training and development.
