We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dedicated Care Partner to provide essential support to an individual with physical disabilities and mental health diagnosis. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life, promoting independence and empowering them to participate fully in their community.

The successful candidate will assist with daily tasks, including light household duties, personal care, and accompanying the individual on outings. A positive attitude, patience, and understanding are essential for this role.

As a Dedicated Care Partner, you'll work 2 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling to accommodate public transport or driving your own vehicle. The hourly rate for this position is £13.09.
