About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Robinson Financial Careers.

As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Financial Advisers, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers, including preparing client records and maintaining accurate data.
  • Research and gather information on a range of financial products, including pensions, investments, and protection products.
  • Collate and evaluate client policy and investment information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage and maintain client files, ensuring up-to-date records and accurate data.
  • Develop a broad knowledge of financial products, including individual and employer pension knowledge, investments, and protection products.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Office 365.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
