- Develop a broad knowledge of financial products, including individual and employer pension knowledge, investments, and protection products
- Previous experience in a similar role within a financial services business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills, including Office 365
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
