Finance Administrator

I am looking for a Finance/ HR Administrator to join a very friendly organisation, within a close knit team. I am looking for an individual who has a dynamic approach, and is keen to progress within this field. Do not worry, you do not need to have previous financial based experience My client is more than happy to explore those who have worked within an administrative capacity but has a keen interest to move into a role alike this.
- Preparation of purchase ledger invoices.
- Supporting the sales ledger function / credit control.
- Facilities management / Fixed Asset Register
- Request and chase reference requests.
- Organise and facilitate induction training for staff.
- Collate and upload relevant recruitment documentation and produce a weekly recruitment tracker for the branch
- Other ad hoc finance/HR duties.
We are looking for you to bring these following skills to the table:

- Confident on all things IT
We are looking to offer the following, just for you:
- £22,000 dependant on skills and experience
- This is a full time role, but we may be able to consider a 30 hour week too
