Behaviour Support Professional

As a Behaviour Support Professional with Qualiteach Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting students in a mainstream primary school in Barking & Dagenham. This is an excellent opportunity to work as an HLTA/Behaviour Mentor and make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
The ideal candidate will have experience in behaviour management and a strong understanding of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum. You will be responsible for providing behaviour interventions, managing small group sessions, and offering 1:1 support where necessary.
This role offers the chance to work in a dedicated team focused on creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
