About the Role

This full-time position in Barking & Dagenham involves working closely with the school's dedicated Speech and Language Provision to support SEN students. The successful candidate will have a strong background in speech and language development and be able to provide tailored interventions to help students progress and attain their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for SEN students, helping with speech and language development
  • Work closely with the school's SENDCo and Speech and Language team to develop and implement effective support plans
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting academic growth and communication skills

Requirements:

  • 1:1 or 2:1 degree in Speech and Language or Linguistics from a leading UK university (top 15)
  • Experience working with children and previous involvement in speech and language settings preferred

Salary and Benefits:

We are offering a competitive salary of £90-£100 per day, making this an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to start their career in education.
