Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs in our Barking location. This role involves providing individualized assistance and developing tailored learning plans to cater to the unique needs of each student.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs. Your strong skills in behaviour management and clear communication will be crucial in this position.

About the Position
  • Provide personalized support to students with special educational needs
  • Create and implement customized learning plans to meet the distinct requirements of each student
  • Collaborate with educators and other support staff to deliver educational programs effectively

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field from a reputable UK university
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs
  • Strong ability in behaviour management and clear communication

  • A competitive salary range: £18,500 - £20,000 per annum (equivalent to £450-£500 per week)
