Education Assistant Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Education Assistant to join our team at ClassRoom Support, focusing on providing exceptional support to students with special educational needs (SEN). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality educational services and a genuine enthusiasm for making a positive impact in the lives of students.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Developing Individualized Plans: Develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with special educational needs (SEN).
  2. Providing Guidance and Support: Offer one-on-one guidance and support to students with SEN, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  3. Creating Inclusive Environments: Establish a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth for students with SEN.
Essential Requirements:
  • A valid DBS certificate.
  • Proven experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • A relevant qualification in education or SEN.
  • A strong understanding of SEN strategies and best practices.
  • The ability to adapt teaching materials and methods to meet individual student needs.
  • The willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance SEN knowledge and skills.
