About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated SEN teacher to join our team at Connex Education. As a SEND Class Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the academic, social, and emotional development of students.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to individual students' needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure holistic student well-being.
  • Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and contribute to ongoing assessments and reviews.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND): Required.
  • Ability to adapt teaching approaches to accommodate diverse learning needs: Essential.

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
