SEN Support Specialist

- Developing and implementing effective SEN strategies to meet individual learning requirements.
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless delivery of education services.
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2 or above.
- Previous experience working with SEN students, including those with EHCPs and complex learning needs.
- A deep understanding of safeguarding policies, SEN support, and health and safety protocols in an educational setting.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around £22,702.56 pro-rata (£25,403 FTE), reflecting the local market rate for this role.
