Behaviour Support Specialist

A supportive school in Barking and Dagenham is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to assist pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs.
This role is ideal for a candidate who understands the challenges faced by young people today and is passionate about contributing to their personal and academic development.
The successful applicant will have experience working with children or young adults with special education needs and be committed to making a positive impact on their lives.
The school offers a supportive and encouraging environment where the potential of each child is at the heart of everything they do.
The Behaviour Mentor will work closely with other staff and parents to bring about positive change for each child.
The successful applicant will be subject to satisfactory references and possess an up-to-date DBS or be willing to apply for one through Protocol Education.

The Behaviour Mentor will have the opportunity to practice their leadership and creative skills and contribute to the development of the school's curriculum.
