About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Elderly Care Team Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care with a difference by providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes and two years' experience working in a senior position with the resident group. You must also be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and demonstrate the ability to lead staff and act responsibly in the absence of the manager.

About the Role
Your focus as a Luxury Elderly Care Team Supervisor will be to support the home management team in delivering high-quality care. This includes leading in the person-centred care planning process, monitoring the well-being of each resident, and practicing safe systems of work across a range of tasks and moving and handling of residents.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including a DBS Disclosure check, proof of eligibility to work in the UK, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
