I am seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at a luxury hotel situated just outside Leeds.
About the Role: As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our hotel maintains its reputation for luxury and excellence.
You will be responsible for leading the housekeeping team, ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards, and overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver top-quality service.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure standards are met.
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring everything is in place and functioning.
Coordinate daily room assignments and cleaning schedules.
Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
Uphold health and safety standards throughout the hotel.
