Spa Therapist Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at LQ Resorts. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments to our guests, promoting our retail products, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality spa treatments to guests, including massages, facials, and body treatments.
  • Provide expert advice on spa products and treatments to guests.
  • Upsell and promote retail products to guests, ensuring excellent sales performance.
  • Work closely with the spa team to ensure seamless delivery of spa services.
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the spa area.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry developments and company policies.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Polite and informative demeanor.
  • High standard of personal appearance.
