Job Description

**Primary Job Purpose:**

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at LQ Resorts. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through providing expert spa treatments, promoting retail products, and upselling treatments to enhance the guest spa experience.

About The Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of spa procedures and products, as well as excellent communication and sales skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing in-depth knowledge and advice on spa treatments and products
  • Upselling treatments and promoting retail products to enhance the guest experience
  • Ensuring all spa areas are clean and tidy, and treatment rooms are fully stocked with required products and items
  • Attending staff meetings and training sessions as required
  • Maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and presentation at all times

Key Responsibilities:

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional guest experiences through expert spa treatments
  • Upselling treatments and promoting retail products to enhance the guest experience
  • Ensuring all spa areas are clean and tidy, and treatment rooms are fully stocked with required products and items
  • Attending staff meetings and training sessions as required
  • Maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and presentation at all times

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy
  • Willingness to undertake further training
  • Ability to provide clear instruction
