Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team in Oxford. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be pivotal in developing strong relationships with major blue chip organisations, ensuring seamless supplier onboarding, and fostering strong ties with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance customer success by providing exceptional service and support.
- Promote and demonstrate new products and services to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a unified approach in managing accounts.
- Manage onboarding processes for new accounts and suppliers.
- Facilitate on-the-job training to ensure account organisations have comprehensive knowledge of our systems.
- Develop and deliver account plans to ensure continuous onboarding.
- Develop tools to effectively demonstrate the value of data to customers.
- Manage escalations and collaborate with accounts for issue resolution.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B customer relationship management and service delivery.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data management tools.
- A valid driving licence.
