About the Role:

This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives to improve organizational performance and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have experience in organizational development, change management, and project leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement organizational development strategies to improve performance and drive business success
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
* Lead projects to improve organizational processes and systems
* Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on organizational change and development

Requirements:
* Master's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
* Proven experience in organizational development and change management
* Strong project leadership and management skills
* Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions

What We Offer:
* A competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
