About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, partnering with senior leadership teams across the globe. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Supporting leadership teams to drive performance and develop capability
  • Fostering strong relationships with senior leadership teams to understand their needs and challenges
  • Leading on cyclical HR projects, such as performance reviews and appraisals
  • Managing complex employee relations issues
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a track record of delivering results-driven initiatives
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • A deep understanding of matrix structures and large, complex organisations
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of between £55,000-£60,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
