About the Role:
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our Adult Care team at Priory Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with daily living tasks.
- Participate in activities that promote social interaction and engagement.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is beneficial, but not essential.
