Ecotricity, Britain's greenest energy company, is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join its team. As a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, we are committed to changing the way energy is made and used in Britain.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key business accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our most valued customers, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key business accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to drive revenue increase.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, understanding their business objectives and providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless delivery of customer-focused solutions.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the renewable energy or utilities sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- A deep understanding of the renewable energy industry, with knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
