Engineering and Compliance Risk Expert

As a Compliance Risk Manager at BAE Systems, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable, and efficient solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential compliance risks, providing expert guidance on Engineering and Quality standards.
Responsibilities- IDentify and assess potential compliance risks related to Engineering and Quality standards
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review and improve operational frameworks and codes of practice
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process performance and efficiency
- Educated to degree level in a STEM-related subject
- Proven experience of managing engineering and quality governance activities within a complex software environment
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001
- Exposure to Engineering Management Plans/Business Management systems/Operational Frameworks
