Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Risk Manager to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in identifying and managing emerging or existing compliance risks related to Engineering and Quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in STEM fields and proven experience in managing engineering and quality governance activities within complex software environments. They will also possess knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, as well as exposure to Engineering Management Plans, Business Management systems, and Operational Frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IDentify and mitigate emerging or existing compliance risks related to Engineering and Quality standards
  • Develop and implement a risk-based audit schedule to support inspections and recertification processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review and improve the T&FC Operational Framework and Code of Practice
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process performance and efficiency
