About the Role

IDEX Consulting is currently seeking a Regulatory Compliance Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all financial services activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Review and analyze financial planning advice to ensure it meets regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with financial planners to develop and implement compliance strategies.
  • Identify and escalate any potential non-compliance issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Xplan software.
  • Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
