About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Professional to join our team at Keltbray Infrastructure Services. As an Environmental Manager, you will play a key role in managing environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives across our infrastructure projects.

With a strong background in environmental science and management systems, you will lead on environmental requirements for allocated projects, ensuring compliance with client strategy and legislative requirements. Your expertise will also include producing project documentation, overseeing compliance with ISO 14001, and subcontractor management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on environmental requirements for allocated projects, ensuring compliance through understanding client strategy and legislative requirements.
  • Produce project documentation required by the Client and internal procedures, adhering to the BMS and document control procedures.
  • Oversee compliance of live projects against the requirements of the ISO 14001 Certified Environmental Management System and other relevant accreditations.
  • Manage subcontractors, working with technical specialists to ensure that compliance is achieved and resourced in an efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Environmental Science or Sustainability Management.
  • Member of a relevant professional body (e.g., ICE, IEMA, CIWM).
  • Driving Licence.
  • Keltbray Manager & Supervisor Training.
  • Behavioural Safety Training including TCUP.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
