We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Assistant. This role will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the coordination of patient appointments, admissions, and discharges.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and medical histories.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Maths and English GCSE at C or above.
  • Previous administration/office-based experience.
  • Good proven organizational skills.
  • Able to work within a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
