Key Responsibilities- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent in the industry.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with business goals.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
