Experienced Human Factors Specialist Wanted

We are seeking an accomplished Human Factors Consultant to join our team at Environmental Resources Management (ERM).

This exciting opportunity is based in the UK, with a preference for our offices in Manchester, London, Bristol or Cardiff.

You will work closely with clients in high-hazard industries, delivering expert human factors services, including human error/reliability, safety culture, and human factors in design. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and exceptional communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human factors service lines, covering desk-based work and client engagement programs.
  • Provide subject matter leadership, ensuring project deliverables meet ERM standards and client expectations.
  • Contribute to business development, fostering relationships with existing and new clients, and expanding our services.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Apply analytics tools and experimental design principles to drive project success.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £65,000 - £85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
