Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee the smooth running of our Supported Living Services at Scotia House in Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent.

The successful candidate will provide specialised person-centred support to our service users, working alongside the Manager of Scotia House to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Key responsibilities will include scheduling and allocating work to Support Workers, supporting with medication, accessing the community, and finance management.

We offer a range of benefits, including a NEST pension, opportunities for career progression, and a fully structured induction and support programme for new starters.

Requirements include previous experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities, autism, and mental health issues, as well as an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and a willingness to work towards Level 3.

This role requires an enhanced DBS check and a driving licence with access to a vehicle would be desirable due to travelling between services.
