Job Title: Technical Trainer

Location: Regional (Scotland)

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Technical Trainer to join our team in Scotland. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on AutoFlow's Bodyshop Management System.
  2. Provide additional support and training to existing customers to enhance their system utilization.
  3. Work closely with the Training Implementation Manager to evaluate training needs and refine training materials and methods.
  4. Collect customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing training programs.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends and AutoFlow product updates to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in the automotive repair industry, with a strong focus on bodyshop management.
  2. Ability to travel extensively throughout Scotland to deliver training sessions.
