Technical Training Position at Direct Partners

We are looking for a skilled software development professional to join our team as a trainer. As a key contributor to our educational initiatives, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training content that meets the needs of our students.

About the Job:

  1. You will design and deliver high-quality training sessions that cover essential software development skills.

  5. You will assess student progress, provide feedback, and tailor instruction to meet individual learning needs.
  6. Collaboration with other trainers and staff is crucial to continuously improve the quality of our educational programs.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience in software development with a strong portfolio of projects.
  2. The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  3. A passion for teaching and mentoring others, with previous instructional or training experience being a plus.
  4. Up-to-date knowledge of programming languages, tools, and frameworks relevant to the industry.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  6. The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

Estimated Salary: This role offers an estimated annual salary range of $95,000 - $130,000, based on the candidate's level of experience.
