An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Children's Home Manager. This full-time, permanent role offers an attractive salary of £36,745 for a 40-hour work week.

As a Senior Children's Home Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management and staff team to deliver high-quality care to young people, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Your responsibilities will include leading shifts, implementing care plans, and mentoring staff to ensure high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading shifts and ensuring the effective implementation of care plans
  • Supporting and mentoring staff to achieve high standards of care
  • Maintaining relationships with families and ensuring service users' emotional and social needs are met
  • Encouraging and supporting young people to make independent choices while keeping them safe

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent experience
  • Sound understanding of safeguarding practices and policies
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
