Purosearch Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children Home Manager to lead our team in Bridgewater. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Deputy looking to step up and take on a leadership role, working with children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a 2-bed home, providing care and support to one resident
  • Work closely with the team to ensure high-quality care and a positive living environment

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to £52,000 per annum, plus bonuses. You will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic provider who is committed to opening another solo placement home, offering you a chance to grow and develop your career.

The Benefits:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Level 5 Leadership Management qualification in Children and Young People, as well as experience working with children and young people with complex needs. You should also have strong leadership skills and a can-do attitude.
