Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity at Prezzo

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team in Broughton. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
