We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Swansea.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £11.60 to £12 an hour, working 39 hours per week plus sleep-ins.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to young people who have experienced trauma, mental health issues, or both.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a supportive and caring environment that meets the physical and emotional needs of our service users;
  • Promoting independence through various social, educational, and vocational activities;
  • Developing strong relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support;
  • Maintaining accurate records of activities, progress, and incidents;
  • Participating in general housekeeping duties, including meal preparation;
Your Qualifications and Skills
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude;
  • Experience in care or a related field (not essential);
  • Holding a current valid driver's license;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work flexibly around shift times;
  • Reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness;
