About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced Learning Support Professional to join our team at beBee Professionals in Swansea. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs (SEN).

Your responsibilities will include working with students of varying ages and abilities, providing one-on-one or small group support during lessons, assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs), and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience working with children with special educational needs, strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students. Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as professional development and training opportunities, a supportive and welcoming school environment, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.
