In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to patients receiving secondary care mental health services, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure maximum benefits to patients/residents using a patient-centered approach to care.

Key Requirements

  • Significant experience working as a Healthcare Assistant
  • Able to communicate effectively with patients/relatives and carers and all members of the multidisciplinary team
  • Able to undertake specific procedures involving physical skills commensurate with practice area e.g. recording of vital signs, venepuncture
